Hello

My name is Adi Kaslasy-Way, and I am a mindset and life coach, and a certified conflict management instructor and trauma healing practitioner, helping people dealing with trauma and personal crisis. In July 2023 I published a book "Bisdot Chita" (In Fields of Wheat), that outlines dealing with PTSD. Today I offer lectures, Webinars, Workshops and personal coaching with a method I designed focusing on building mental strength through raising awareness and self image, and breaking negative cognitive patterns

My Story

In July 2023, I published "Bisdot Chita" (In the Wheat Fields), A novel about coping with post-trauma that is based on my own story. The book, which has many insights about PTSD, was launched in August 2023 in my hometown in the south of Israel, where a few weeks later, the otricities of the 7th of October also took place. 

Since then I have been coaching people in personal sessions and offering workshops and lectures on dealing with trauma and crisis, conflict management, and non-violent and healthy communication.

Trauma or crisis destabilizes us and I offer a way to regain control of our lives, understand the change in our lives, find our voice, and improve the communication with our environment.

How do I do it? by raising awareness and encouraging self-reflection, working on our self-image, and improving our communication with others. I believe that positive change in our lives requires a willingness to do inner work, a better understanding of ourselves and our environment.

My approach is direct, honest, and I offer my clients what I lacked - legitimacy, to our pain empathy, information about trauma or crisis and its influence on us, and open communication.

A few years ago I realized that in order to find stability and happiness, I needed to change how I look at trauma, how I deal with it, and communicate how I feel to people around me. 

I developed a method based on my own experience with trauma and that of those I help, and trainings I received in the last 20 years, that changes the way we deal with trauma by understanding how it effected us and changed our lives, and by building a mental strength using proven tools and methods, that are tailored to our needs,
